Daleel Petroleum L.L.C. is a joint-venture project between Mezoon
Petrogas SAOC (Subsidiary of MB Holding) and Mezoon Petrogas BVI
(Subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation). The main
stakeholder is the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. The core
business of the company is the production of hydrocarbon fluids and
optimization of future reserves, which is the key Daleel Petroleum
contribution to the socio-economic development of the country.
Daleel Petroleum L.L.C. is operating in Block 5, which is located
onshore in Dhahira Region approximately 450 km away of Muscat, the
capital of Sultanate of Oman. Activities in Block 5 are governed by a
Profit Sharing Agreement with the Government of the Sultanate of Oman,
represented by the Ministry of Oil and Gas. |
