The safety and health of Daleel Petroleum employees and whomever we come in contact with is a management responsibility to which, we have a strong moral and social commitment. We are equally committed to environmental protection and the prevention of accidental loss of resources and assets, which affect our employees and our profitability. We have established and will maintain continually review specific to HSE management guidelines that include communications of the health, safety, and environmental practices, and take immediate corrective action when potentially unsafe, unhealthy, or environmentally harmful conditions are identified. Central to this policy is holding all personnel responsible for conducting day-to-day business in a safe and responsible professional manner.

We here in Daleel ensure The HSE MS shall ensure that the Contractors have an effective HSE Policy and supporting programs, procedures and standards in place; manage their activities in line with Daleel Petroleum's HSE Policy; compile with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and Daleel Petroleum's internal requirements; set HSE objectives and targets; measure, records, appraise and publicly report its HSE performance; identify the hazards associated with its work activities; and Implement appropriate procedures and controls to minimize any potential adverse HSE effects.

Daleel Petroleum seeks to achieve an HSE performance that is excellent and which is consistently equal to, or better than the combined performance of its joint venture partners in their corresponding activities.

Every employee of Daleel Petroleum shall:

• Have a systematic approach to HSE management designed to ensure compliance with National Laws and Regulations and adopted local and international standards;

• Conduct activities in a manner designed to minimize HSE risks to a level which is As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP);

• Set targets for continuous HSE performance improvements;

• Measure, appraise and report performance.

• Hold appropriately empowered line management staff accountable for HSE performance.

• Include HSE competencies and performance in the appraisal and reward of all staff.

• Empower all its employees to refrain from actions that are considered a threat to HSE.

• Require contractors to manage HSE in line with Daleel Petroleum HSE policy.

Daleel Petroleum will implement this policy through a documented Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) and conduct periodic audits to verify compliance.
