Daleel Petroleum Company LLC is a 50/50 joint venture company registered in Oman in July of 2002 between Mazoon Petrogas SAOC and Mazoon Petrogas BVI for the purpose of operating Block-5 on behalf of its two shareholders, a local Omani Company MB Petroleum Company and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
